Do you want to give up Smoking?

Using hypnotherapy to give up smoking is very effective, I am talking from personal experience I was a confirmed smoker of 20 to 30 cigarettes a day. I gave up smoking many years ago with no cravings or withdrawal symptoms.

All you need as a client is the motivation to give up smoking, the subtle use of suggestion in hypnotherapy does the rest.  

Working on a subconscious level all the issues associated with smoking are dealt with ‘behind the scenes’.

Many have tried to give up smoking the will power method with no success, the very phrase ‘will power’ evokes thoughts of effort and struggle, which you want to avoid if possible.

You may have tried nicotine patches, nicotine gum and lozengers which make it harder to give up as you are putting more nicotine in your system in a different way.

I used Hypnotherapy as a last resort, I wish it had been my first. I was expecting weeks and months of cravings, I had none.
